本台法广（RFI）法文网今天2023年08月13号星期日的最新报道之一是：三年前毛里求斯的[若潮号](Wakashio)大货船污染海洋生态事件中的受害者们提出索赔。一千多名受害者在上周提出了集体索赔的诉状，要求4家日本企业支付近一亿欧元的赔偿金。

-- 毛里求斯历史上最严重的环境灾难 -

本台法广（RFI）通讯员阿卜杜拉（Abdoollah Earally）发自毛里求斯首都路易港（Port-Louis）的消息回顾说，2020年07月25日，运载着燃油和重油日本散装货船[若潮号](Wakashio)，撞上了毛里求斯沿海里的珊瑚礁。三周后的2020年08月15日，这艘散装货船的残骸一折为二，大量碳氢化合物流入毛里求斯水域。

-- 四家日本机构遭毛里求斯巨额索赔 -

如今，这里的渔民、游艇船主和附近渔村里的商户们向四家日本公司提出赔偿。这四家日本机构分别为：日本兴世海运公司（Okiyo Maritime）及其母公司日本长铺汽船株式会社（Nagashiki Shipping）、日本三井物产株式会社（Mitsui）、日本船东赔偿与互保协会（Association japonaise d'indemnisation et de protection mutuelle des propriétaires de navires）。

-- 散装货船偏离航道而搁浅原因不明 -

这四家日本公司都与[若潮号](Wakashio)散装货船有关。这艘货船在2020年07月25日夜里由于至今仍不清晰的原因，偏离了原定航道。

它航行到毛里求斯南部知名的海景胜地埃斯尼角（Pointe d'Esny），搁浅在礁石丛中，造成1000吨碳氢化合物流入这片海中。污染影响到数千名当地人的生存。毛里求斯当局表示，有600多位渔民和鱼贩曾接受金融援助。

-- 毛里求斯认为日方已做的赔偿不足 -

本台法广（RFI）法文网上的这一报道最后指出，日本三井物产株式会社（Mitsui）已拿出超过600万欧元用于支持毛里求斯的环境项目和当地的渔民社区。但当地的受害者们认为，这些补偿还不够，并提出司法仲裁。
