中国宣布在台湾东部海域执法 台湾称其为“挑衅”和“认知战”

台湾周一（6月8日）对中国宣布在台湾东部海域开展“海上交通专项执法行动”表示，这是“挑衅行为”和认知战，是经过伪装的扩张主义，威胁地区的和平与稳定。

据中国官媒报道，中国船只正在台湾东部水域执行“海上交通专项执法行动”，以回应日本与菲律宾近期就划定海上边界问题进行会谈。

东京和马尼拉上周宣布启动正式谈判，以“划定”双方在台湾以东水域的专属经济区和大陆架边界。中国始终坚持台湾为领土不可分割的一部分，并称日菲间的相关讨论“非法”。

台湾国安会秘书长吴钊燮周一在X平台表示，“中国在台湾以东宣布开展“执法”行动，这不过是披着伪装外衣的扩张主义，威胁地区和平与稳定。”

台湾国防部长顾立雄当天则在接受媒体访问时，将中方的行动称为“挑衅作为”和认知战。他说，这实际是一场旨在宣称台湾东部海域为中国“管辖范围”的“认知战行动”，是对台湾国家主权的严重伤害。

台湾海巡已派出七艘巡逻船参与在东部海域对中国船只的监视，并于周日表示，已将四艘中国船只“驱离”出限制水域。海巡署周一说，这些船只此后已向东航行。

顾立雄表示，台湾国防部与海巡署密切情报共享，协调分工，随时依据支援协定维护国家主权和海域安全。
