Yoga Class Notes: One of 40 Foundation Exercises
The other day, we practiced a segment called "Unified Laughter." I opened my arms and said, "I belong to everyone," then brought my arms back as if embracing everyone and said, "Everyone belongs to me." After a few rounds, we started replacing words with laughter.
You might think it’s a little silly or boring, but let me tell you—it’s definitely not silly or boring. It’s an exercise for the body, mind, and soul. It’s a simple and highly effective activity that doesn’t cost much.
Hearing everyone’s laughter blend together online was a wonderful feeling, as if we were truly connected. Seeing others laugh made me happy, and I believe my laughter brought joy to others too. Though it was just simple movements and laughter, it left me with a warm feeling after class, like sipping a cup of hot tea. Thank you, Laughter Yoga!

某日練習了「合一歡笑」這個環節。我張開手臂說「我屬於每個人」,然後像擁抱大家一樣收回手臂,說「每個人都屬於我」。幾輪之後,我們開始用笑聲取代語言。
也許你會覺得有點傻,有些無聊,但我告訴你,這絕對不傻不無聊,這是身心靈的鍛練,是一種很廉價而且效果很好的活動與運動。
在線上一群人的笑聲混在一起,這是一種奇妙的感覺,好像真的和所有人連在一起了。我看到別們笑得開心,我也開心,我相信別人看到我笑得愉快,他們也愉快。雖然只是簡單的動作和笑聲,卻讓我下課後心裡還是暖暖的,像喝了一杯溫熱的茶。感謝大笑瑜伽!
